Direct Conversion Receiver Project

This project was inspired and based heavily on Dave Richards' (AA7EE) Direct Conversion Receiver Main Frame project.
I had built an Arduino-based VFO in 2021 from an article in the Arduino Project Hub using the Adafruit SI5351 Clock Generator Module. The VFO worked well but has been on the shelf since.
Between woodworking projects I often look for an electronics project while the dust clears in the shop. Sometimes I look at AA7EE's website to scan some of his interesting projects. The DC receiver mainframe project used an external VFO, so it seemed like a good candidate for my next build. Below are some pics of that project.
